当窯にてお買い上げいただきました作品の国内発送について

当窯では、お客様が破損なくお持ち帰りいただけますよう、お買い上げいただきました作品の発送サービスを承っております。発送費用/発送予定など詳細につきましては、店頭にてご案内させていただきます。

【海外のお客様へ】
当窯（京都）ご来訪のあと、日本を出国し母国に戻られるまでに、日本各地を巡られる方も多くおられると思います。そのような場合は、日本を出国される直前の滞在先へ、作品を発送させていただきます。
この場合は、お客様の面前で、ご宿泊予定のホテルに電話連絡し、予約および受渡し方法の確認をさせていただきます。その際には、①滞在先ホテル名 ②予約者名 ③チェックイン/チェックアウト予定日 を、お聞かせいただきます。これらの情報は、個人情報にあたりますので、厳重に管理し、作品の発送の用途以外には使用いたしません。
商品は、チェックイン当日午前に、ホテルに到着するように発送いたします。
※海外発送にも対応いたしますが、楽焼の性質上、輸送途上で破損するケースが稀にございます。保険手続きや再配送など、お手数がかかることもありますので、当窯では日本国内の最終宿泊地宛に発送することを、推奨いたしております。

Live Japan Tokyo started in April/2016 and Live Japan Hokkaido started in July/2018.
Live Japan Kansai will start July/2019.

We will have exhibition “楽焼窯元 和楽展　～新春を寿ぐ～”: Celebrate the New Year

Location :Kyoto Ceramic Art Association Official Shop and Gallery
Schedule : From 2/Jan/2019 To 16/Jan/2019
Business hour : Open at 10:00 Close 18:00

We will exhibit Raku tea bowls mainly, and display about 150 items such as yunomi (tea cup) , guinomi (drinking cup), incense case , incense burner and so on.
